·         Successfully integrated Rational RequisitePro with ClearCase enabling analysts to manage requirements within a full configuration management environment, after we were told by the vendor that it could not be done.

·         Assisted with improving the Nike SDLC, by customizing and automating RUP activities. For example, developed a script that would parse an activity diagram and automatically create a use case.

·         Worked with the apparel and footwear line planning teams as the senior systems analyst with responsibility for building an analysis model and was involved with the full SDLC including writing test cases for the line planning applications.

·         Assisted with the development of the telecommunications Markup Language (tML) by modeling the language with UML diagrams and presenting my findings at Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) meetings

·         Solicited and documented the software requirements and modeled high-level designs for the LIDBXchange and E911Xchange products, which were successfully installed in 2001.

·         Reverse-engineered UML models of the LSR ordering application from EDI, IDL and XML code. Used these models to organize and regenerate the code and produce the specifications for the application.
