Senior level Information Technology (IT) professional with expertise in Business and Systems Analysis, Process Analysis, Requirements Analysis and Project Management. Bringing innovative ideas for process improvement and cost cutting measures to the table. Over twenty years of IT industry experience and worked as an analyst for the majority of my career. Worked with the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and with Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) during the last seven years and used the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for twelve years. Recent experience has been as a systems analyst and process analyst; writing requirements and defining a software development lifecycle (SDLC) based on the RUP. Teaches the RUP, UML, best practices for working with requirements and the Rational product suite and been responsible for managing software development and defining development processes for several high-profile telecommunications and aerospace industry projects. To work for a progressively forward looking company with an interest in continuous improvement and producing quality products, in addition to working in the software department as a liaison to the business, interviewing customers and stakeholders to identify needs and interpret these as requirements for developers.
